Assessment

Whether for the purposes of selection, pre-acquisition due diligence, talent development, succession planning or preparing for world class competition, we work with our clients to assess the skills, strengths, and development needs of talented individuals. We have particular expertise in C-suite executive assessments, having assessed leaders for Fortune 500 companies and top tier private equity firms. Our methods include deep-dive interviews, 360-degree feedback analyses, psychometric testing, survey analysis, observations, and textual and content analyses.

EVALUATION

The key to performance is feedback and adjustment. We conduct evaluations for stakeholders who wish to assess and improve the impact and effectiveness of their programs, projects, and organizations. Our evaluation approach is grounded in the scientific method, utilizing logic models, empirical data, and systems analyses to inform our findings and recommendations. We also evaluate the effectiveness of programs and interventions that we personally design for our clients.

DEVELOPMENT

We have a deep passion for developing human potential. Our expertise lies in understanding the predictors of peak performance and the conditions required for optimal development. We design bespoke programs, workshops, and coaching engagements that amplify strengths, and address development areas. We bring a fresh approach to talent and organizational development by injecting creativity into all our programs. Clients are just as likely to find themselves scaling the side of a cliff as they are conducting a SWOT analysis.

Research

With advanced degrees in Psychology and Evaluation science, we use a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods to collect, analyze, and translate data on human and organizational behavior. Our primary goal is to deliver hard-hitting, practical advice that moves the needle on our clients' most pressing performance, engagement, and development needs. Our research capabilities include desktop research (e.g. literature reviews), structured and semi-structured interviews, focus groups, psychometrics, survey instruments, behavioral observations, quasi experimental designs, and textual and content analyses.
